There are so many people out there who have back pain which affects not only your exercise routine, but also your daily living. I know this, because I am one of those people. One of the best things that I have been able do with having success in CrossFit, it reach out to those of you who are also struggling with some back pain, and hopefully give you some confidence that you can still have success and reach your goals no matter the issues you are enduring.
I get a ton of questions about what I did to strengthen my own back after I broke it, and what exercises I still use in my daily routine to keep myself safe. As always, listen to your body- if there is pain that is always a good indication to stop doing that movement, and progress super slowly to build up the proper strength needed to protect yourself. The goal should be lifetime of healthy movement- not a quick fix.
