I was on a jump rope team for 8 years, and the Rx Smart Gear rope is my favorite jump rope to use. RP is the best nutrition program that I have ever followed. They give you very simple and straight forward templates to follow weather you goal is to cut weight, gain weight, or just increase your performance in the gym. I have been using their templates and working 1-on-1 with a coach since 2015 and I have not even thought about trying anything else.
